This is CSAHDB release 2024-1

This collection contains data of predicted Single Alpha-Helices (SAHs)
from the matching UniProt release. CSAHDB will be updated monthly.

CSAHDB contains files for SAHs identified by both the consensus of 
FT_CHARGE and SCAN4CSAH as well as CSAHs found by FT_CHARGE
(in the directory 'ft_charge')

Files listing all SAHs (_csah.txt) contain one line per CSAH, i.e. can
contain multiple lines per protein. These files contain the consensus as well
as SCAN4CSAH and FT_CHARGE predicted segments separated by tab.

All data files are provided separately for the SwissProt (sprot) and TrEMBL (trembl)
sections of UniProt.
